Applying for a Home

If you like one of our homes and are interested in renting it, here is a comprehensive list of the steps to begin a lease.
  1. Fill out an application online for the property. Be sure to include the following:
    • Government issued Photo ID’s for each person 18 years or older living at the property (all applicants 18 years or older will need to apply).
    • Last year’s W2 or the last 2 most current pay stubs. Self-employed individuals will need to supply the last 2 years of W2’s.
  2. Pay the Application fee. This fee is non-refundable.
  3. Bullseye Property Management will contact you to update your status and collect any additional documentation or information that may be needed.
  4. Once approved, you have 24 hours to secure the home with an earnest deposit equal to one month’s rent. You can hold a property off the market for a maximum of 15 calendar days unless otherwise approved by the property owner.
  5. Once a lease has been signed and all monies have been collected a move in inspection will be performed to document the condition of the home and all keys will be provided to you.

Can I pay my rent Online?

Yes you can pay your rent online with an electronic check or credit/debit card. There may be additional charges if you use this feature.

What other options do I have to pay rent?

You can mail it to P.O. Box 31748 Mesa, AZ 85275. You can also pay at a local 7 Eleven through a pay slip ($3.99 processing fee applies per transaction with a maximum of $1,500 per transaction). Contact us for more details.

What if my rent is late?

If your rent is late you will not be able to pay online and will have to pay in certified funds to the P.O. Box.

What if I have a maintenance request?

If you have a maintenance issue you can place a request online through the portal or you can call 480-907-9050. All requests will be assigned to a vendor who will contact you within 24 business hours of receiving a request for non-emergency items. Tenants will be contacted to schedule an appointment within 24 hours for all emergency requests. Work for emergency items will begin no later than 48 hours after a request has been received. Non-emergency work orders will be completed as soon as possible depending on tenant availability and the nature of the problem. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

Do I have to give notice when I vacate?

Yes, you need to give a 60 day notice in writing (letter or e-mail) prior to vacating. If proper notice is not received, you may be subject to penalties including additional rent.

How long does it take to receive my security deposit after I move out?

All tenants will receive appropriate deposit refunds within 14 business days after the move out inspection has been completed.
