This is why we offer a full line of tenant services designed to make the process easier than ever before. Here is what you can expect.
- All applications processed within 48 hours once all information has been received
- Honesty in every facet of the relationship which includes disclosure of important aspects of the home and meeting time frames to complete tasks such as maintenance requests.
- Responsiveness with maintenance. All tenants will receive a call to schedule an appointment within 24 business hours of receiving a request. Emergencies will take priority and work will begin as soon as possible. (No more than 48 hours after an emergency request is received).
- Convenience in paying rent online, creating work orders online, having a direct line for questions and receiving timely responses.
