All applications processed within 24-48 hours once all information is received.

Honesty in every facet of the relationship which includes disclosure of important aspects of the home and meeting time frames to complete tasks such as maintenance requests.

Responsiveness with maintenance. All tenants will receive a call to schedule an appointment within 24 business hours of receiving a request. Emergencies will take priority and work will begin as soon as possible. (No more than 48 hours after an emergency request is received).
